Well, if it is, I have to say... this would probably be the most dramatic miscalculation I've made to date! Either way, aside from Unohana-taichou and Hisagi-fukutaichou, might I ask who else is here?

If I must settle on the one thing, I suppose that it's the support and guidance of junior officers that means the most to me. We are only as good as the legacy we leave for those around us, whose lives we have touched, I find that to be the most satisfying aspect of a ranking officer's work.
